Walt Disney World Dolphin

This is the perfect hotel for my family and I. Not only is it great for the kids, it's also good for adults. Everything we could have asked for at our stay there.

Very clean and enjoyable. The decor was a bit outdated but overall good experience

For such a large Hotel, there seems to be no end to the difficulties with the reservation system. We have stayed here before, and both times there has been significant confusion when the reservations were made online. Also, the housekeeping staff does a very nice job, but they seem to have too many rooms as many of the rooms are not cleaned until quite late in the day. Very surprising for such a high volume hotel. Also, despite the guaranteed 3:00 PM check-in time, our rooms were not available at the time of check-in.

So wrong that they charge a hidden $23.00 service fee for water and wifi. So wrong probably won't stay there again. Beautiful hotels are a dime a dozen. On principle alone would be the readon

Cool pool area. Nice access to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Should include magic bands.

Conference rooms were not in good shape
