Parking staff sent me the wrong way and back tracked me a few minutes back and got spilt up with my group so wasn't able to go in during the time I had planned. I bought Preferred Parking and they asked me to make a left on the first entrance I saw (front gate parking) , so I did and the rest of the parking staff even sent me to the front gate parking. I don't know if they get paid to just say "go this way" or to observe the colored slip on someone's windshield whippets and send them the proper way. First time this ever happens and I'd like to ask for Universal Studios to regulate their staff.

Excellent place to hang and have a good time. Parking is never convenient but the facility is wonderful.

Awesome place to visit! Definitely going back for more!

I went for Halloween horror nights. Everything was pretty great except the restrooms. Most of the stalls for one particular restroom area didn't have any toilet paper.

Horror Nights was super talked up and it kind of let me down. 2hr wait times for a 2 minute maze that wasn't even worth it.

super expensive water like really 5 dollar of a water and the mazes where so so except for halloween really awesome work
