Universal Studios

Beverages are way too expensive. Refills on character cups should be free after buying it not just on the day of purchasing it. No one, who already has a cup, is going to continue buying another one every time and it's inconvenient to be forced to spend almost $20 every day you go especially when you have a pass and visit very often.

The staff is super friendly. But the lines were very long since the park was very busy that day. Wish they had more fans while we waited in line.

Visited the facility to review space for an event. Great staff, very efficient and very friendly.

It was a really hot day at universal and the lines were very long . We had to leave early because we couldn't stand it . We did however upgrade our tickets to season passes ! And we did get to ride the fast and furious opening ride ! It was amazing , I just wish there were more rides at universal
