The service at Mel's is bad. I asked the girl nicely for a kids meal. The blonde girl rolled her eyes, mumbled something to her coworker and said I had to wait.

I work at city walk so I actually didn't really go inside of Universal Studios I just passed by

great tour guides even on the bus to the parking garage

Food price too high for poor quality food. Same food choice at all locations

The event is really crowded and the lines are very long. This makes it difficult to get to most of the mazes and/or rides which makes the consumer upset about attending such an expensive event.

The personnel at the bar areas two different locations near the tram staton were quite rude when speaking to my son regarding him not sitting in the stools when I was ordering a drink and right next to him. He only attempted to sit due to me asking him to since he was attempting to tie his shoe laces.
