The park tends to not be nearly as good during the off season. Construction is awful...I realize they are building Harry Potter but it seems like everything there is under construction

Too pricey. Great entertainment but too expensive for the quality and quantity of what you get.

Very confusing. Areas are very difficult to find. Needs a central circle to be the center to every thing.

The wait for the studio tours ride was ridiculous, it was over 2 1/2 hrs! Our tour guide, Cody was great, but I do not think the it was worth such a long wait. Also, the people in the front that wanted to take pictures are very aggressive and I had to say no to group photos to about 5 or 6 photographers.

The scare zones for Halloween Horror Nights were not as great as Knott's Scary Farm.

Unviversal is great but they have to finish up there construction!
