Universal Studios

I didn't go to the park, just City Walk to have dinner at Bubba Gumps. It's currentlY Halloween Horror Nights, and they are charging EVERYONE $18 to park, even if you are just having dinner at a restaurant. Parking is normally $10 after 3pm. Are you kidding me? You don't have a way to separate dinner guests and park guests for parking? You're just screwed if you only want to come spend money at a restaurant? Any mall in America can validate a ticket if you shop at a certain place, but you, A BILLION DOLLAR ENTERPRISE, can't figure out how to do it? Fortunately, the manager at valley was incredibly nice and helpful. A+ to them.

To spend the money I spent and stand in 129 plus minute waits in line is just crazy.

There were some really nice staff but wow the ones that were not nice were really really not nice. Park was very closed in. I have been to the park in Orlando so was surprised at that. Also was surprised that there were not more rides Loved transformers and back stage tour

Old, rides suck, small, the one in Florida is better

Went to park but could not get in. It was a blackout day.

Shops closed to early

For the price there weren't a lot of rides and we had strollers with us and the employees at the entrance of the park made us sit there while they let a ton of people in ahead of us. The food was very expensive and not very fresh.

Too much of park under construction

They did not have the merchandise I was looking for.

I'm guessing that due to the holidays it was particularly packed. Each ride had a wait time of 50 minutes and up.
