Not as good as prior years! Very sad.

We went for the horror nights and the park was at capacity, which is way too many people for the amount of mazes and rides open. The lines were all 2 hours long, with the mazes only 3 mins long and not worth the wait and all the mazes were so spread out that we felt like we were walking a marathon. When my 11 yr old became lost from the immense crowds, workers kinda blew us off and gave us the run around, telling us to wait in one spot while they found her but someone kept announcing over the walkie talkies that she had been found and they had to keep repeating that she had not been found, it was very frustrating and unorganized. We split up leaving some of our group with the workers that told us to stay and the rest split up going forward and back from where we were and WE found her a whole hour later. And to make matters worse no one had any cell service in the park. Everyone told me not to waste our money on Universal because it sucked and was double the price of Knotts and Knotts was ten times better, believe me next time I will definitely listen to everyone's reviews!

Food was over priced, cold and rude staff. Bathrooms were filthy

The aquatic area in funland was entertaining for my kids. Wished there were more dressing rooms. We left much earlier than anticipated because the rides were all an hour wait or more. Since we are season ticket holders we decided to come back on another day

We paid for the Front of Line passes which did work well, but the rides and the whole facility are all awful and dated. I will not be returning. It was nowhere near worth the $800+ we paid for four of us for Front of Line plus preferred parking. The shows that were supposed to be so wonderful were average at best. My husband and I are local and will not be advising that anyone visit or taking anyone back.
