Bad service n machines

Stayed at the hotel. They booked myself and another party in the same room. (Four people in a room with a king sized bed). I understand mistakes happen but then they insisted it was our fault, even though we both provided our credit cards separately. Very poor customer service.

It's dirty.ppl there are stupid and dirty looking. found a worm on my oyster.. the oysters weren't clean at all!! hope inspectors goes there and close the food areas down
