Great hotel. Hotel was under refurb

Old carpets. Really bad in the hallways. The gym was decent but one treadmill was broken, some unfriendly staff at front desk

Had a great experience. Was in for a soccer tournament so was near where we needed to be and worked well for our family. Beds were decent which is very important to me.

I stayed at the hotel as it was booked for a stay while at the Disney Showcase. Some staff were friendly while others were a little rude. We asked about a late checkout option so we would not have to lug our stuff around when we made the finals but the receptionist simply said no. She didn't even say it nicely. Then the beds were incredibly uncomfortable - my back hurt all weekend. On the up side the lobby and pool were nice. So all in all I have mixed reviews about my stay.

My stay this time with Marriott was not very good, the water ran out during the middle of the day on Saturday and we did not have any access to water until we spoke with the lobby managers. It was very inconvenient.
