Palmer House a Hilton Hotel

Very nice for an older hotel and quiet for being downtown

The hotel is beautiful.

Hotel was beautiful but staff sucked. Had several problems like waiting an hour to get more towels, our phone didn't work all weekend and no one ever fixed it, valet wanted us to go get bags out of the car and the hotel was musty

Very clean and comfortable hotel room. Would stay again.

Very convenient location one block from training station. And rooms have been nicely updated

Nice hotel – everything is clean but a little out of date.

Great hotel. Impeccable service. Big problem was the door between rooms. It sounded like our neighbors were literally in our room. Had the night comped because of it.

The hotel lobby was gorgeous. The rooms were smaller than I expected and the bathroom caulk had some 'residue'.

Went for thanksgiving. Would suggest it to anyone in town!
