Room service was WAY too over priced. Man walked in in announced while I was in bed after my boyfriend opened the door. He did not invite him in Awkward

Room had multiple maintenance issues and the shower curtain and liner had blood stains... It was gross!

Room has 1 working outlet. That is all. Bathroom was OK in terms of cleanliness. Room showed signs of wear. Not what I expected from a 4 star property.
