awesome view, great breakfast only complaint was the pool closing right at 11 pm

The front desk staff was not very well trained to resolve issue properly. Not very good in communicating with guest

Dirty bathroom!! Cleaning staff did not clean floor all 3 nights we stayed. Nasty floor!

Very noisy first floor. Can't believe how many kids run up and down the hall at night. We got stuck on the first floor. The front desk clerk promising "well, at least you'll have a poolside view." There isn't one. We see straight to the parking lot. The noise level started when the sun went down, and seemed to wake us up before the alarm. It's a real shame. Because the property is beautiful. The pool is great but seems to be closed. A lot. If we ever stayed here again, I would never stay on the first floor. It seems to be reserved for those not booking through the hotel. I would expect to be upgraded or at least get comped a breakfast or something.
