Sent us to a room that was already occupied. Had to go back down to lobby to get that straightened out. Was offered a free meal at the hotel restaurant. Went to restaurant and received horrible service! Only one person was working and there was quite a large crowd. Staffing adjustments should have been made considering there was a Dance Competition and the PRIMERICA CONVENTION at the hotel. When food came out it was cold, we were presented with the wrong check, and had to wait for server to find help to apply the credits we were issued. Friday night after a long day in business workshops and an event at the DOME the key reader to get into the hotel they parking garage wouldn't read any of our keys so we had to walk around to front of hotel. I had heard such great things about the Sheraton brand before picking my hotel. I was very excited to be in Atlanta for our convention. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in this hotel. I wish I could go back and not cancel the reservation I had at the Holiday Inn. I do not think I will return to a Sheraton and will be sure to recommend the same to my business partners.
