I be been a regular customer for 15 years and always very attended, patient and very pleasant representative. I never had a bad experience. It would be nice to have a plan where we can earn points and show our appreciation as a customer to pandora to have little gifts.They did that in the pass,have a pandora bag,box to store your jewelry and also a Christmas ornament. It's just a suggestion to have that for reliable customers.

The store was clean and distanciation and safety measures were very well enforced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. However, it was not possible to walk around the store and several of the items I wanted were not in stock.
