Sales associate that was dealing us kept on leaving us and going away instead of givingn us the full attention .. and the prices are on the higher end for charms

The store was very clean and nice, however the sales associate seemed like she was new and wasn't completely aware of the store's policies. I also waited 30 minutes just to walk in and out of the store because she waited to ask her managers questions. I wish the staff was more well trained. She was sweet but hella slow when packaging the order.

I think I just came at the wrong moment. A customer took the attention of most of the sellers, while in the meantime there were a lot of customers. The seller that serves me, was in her first day of work, so she had a bit of trouble of finding some items but there is no problem with this ! she was very nice and I appreciated her service, and thats totally normal as a first day to be a bit lost :) I still love pandora, would totally recommend, and will of course come back. however, for my visit today I wouldn’t say that I was highly satisfied, but not everyday can be perfect :)

English service wasn't good. They didn't have one of the charms I was looking for. The associate didn't show mebthe variety of bracelets I could get with my purchase.
