Je suis très satisfaite du service car l'employé était aidante et gentille. Elle m'a servi en premier et a pris le temps de chercher le produit dont je voulais. Durant le service, elle m'a donné quelques conseils pour bien entretenir mon bracelet.

Ive had my bracelet for a year and i shower with it, bathe, eat, sleep, you name it. Sadly the clip part came off and i went to get a new one or get it fixed. I know it broke during my Krav Maga class for a fact. The employee though kept saying "oh its because you sleep with it!" "please stop wearing it to sleep" Like... ok i dont care.

The ring I chose as a gift from my son is the ring with the beautiful wings with the pink stone in it. However, the stone catches in my clothing. It is disappointing because all of my other rings and bracelets from Pandora I wear all time. Is there any way of returning it to exchange it for another ring I can actually enjoy wearing? Thank you.

it's a bit pricy for me. I'm just a student and my skin is sensitive so I have to buy silver rings. If it was a bit cheaper, I would've been highly satisfied

J’étais satisfaite dans l’ensemble mais je n’avais pas de visibilité sur les charms et je devais attendre que l’associée me sorte une sélection afin de choisir. Par ailleurs dû au Covid j’ai cru comprendre que certains services n’étaient plus rendus.
