Les vendeuses n’était pas à l’écoute. Le nettoyage de mon bijoux était mal effectué. J’ai du forcer pour avoir de l’aide par rapport au mauvais nettoyage.

The sales person was not friendly at all and made no effort to try and understand our needs. She was also extremely slow.

I wanted to drop off my jewelry to be cleaned after I made my purchase and the associate acted like she didn’t want to assist with that. She said they were too busy so no. I wasn’t in a rush, she seemed like she was in a rush to get to the next customer. Highly dissatisfied

I would like to make a complain against your store manager at the Eaton center Suzanne Shabah who was unprofessional and extremely condescending in her dialogue with her co-worker ( I think her name is Saaruthy since it’s the name on my bill). I came to your store today to exchange a gift. I talk to Sabrina first who didn’t even look at me and told me to see the other employee because this is not her job. I was a bit confused since she seemed to work there too. Anyway, I talk to the Saaruthy who was very sweet and helpful. While Saaruthy was helping me with my order and looking at the gift receipt, Suzanne comes angrily, pull the receipt out of her hands and starts yelling at her for taking so long. She told her: « where is your brain, I have showed you this before, you have been here for a year and you know nothing, I can’t come and help you every time( keep in mind that she didn’t ask for help but Suzanne interrupted her), you are useless and you keep wasting my time » ( again, I was the only customer and Suzanne was doing nothing just wondering around). She was literally bullying her in the most condescending and disgusting tone I have

Assistant manager's attitude was utterly unprofessional and had me wondering at some point "who the customer is in that experience" Store manager salvaged to the best of her capability. For context, I work in HR and a long term customer so out of loyalty to the brand and appreciate to all the many other Pandora sales rep that represent the brand so well, I am sharing with hopes that this can be addressed. This incident happened at the McGill station Pandora store, in downtown Montreal,QC so again for context high foot traffic location. My goal in visiting was to benefit from the free bracelet promotion that was expiring on Dec 19. Without getting into the details, this person tells me "Well if you want to benefit from our promotions, you should buy Pandora at our stores" I've been purchasing Pandora since 2012~in NYC so I don't take writing this feedback lightly and as a loyal returning customer I hope this experience is an opportunity to take timely action as it certainly an opportunity for me to practice the things I coach on in my line of work.

I saw a Pandora ring online that I wanted to purchase but could not find it on the Canadian Pandora website. I called my local store and they confirmed that they had it in store and put it on hold for me. I was able to go buy it after work.
