The service was great. The employee really helped us out and was very knowledgeable on the jewelry and even had some on herself. She also answered any of our questions and brought out numerous marchandise for us to try on, even though we asked for a lot of options she didn’t hesitate.

I visited Pandora to purchase a new ring for myself. It was already past evening, yet the salesperson Suzanne(208005) was extremely kind and helpful to me throughout the purchase. Meanwhile, I enquired about a replacement for a past order. She made sure to make the process seamlessly easier and cordial to me.

The 2 salespersons were very nice and knowledgeable, it was my first Pandora purchase, they provided me with everything I needed to know about how to keep my jewelry in the best state. My only disappointment was the inventory, they did not have all the pieces I wanted, but again, they were so helpful.
