They are extremely helpful and helped me with all of my issues. I walked in expected to pay 75 dollars for an oil change and when I actually paid it was only $55 as I was given some sort of discount. This was extremely helpful and now I want to go back. I’m looking to getting a new set of rims for my truck soon, and Big O Tires is the place all go.

Everyone one was very friendly and the service was quick but the most important thing to me was that the price I was quoted was the price I paid. No changes or add ons.

I drive from Queen Creek to visit this location because the service has been exceptional every time I come. I’ve not had very good experiences at the closer locations.

Found the part & did the job that Honda didnt want to do.

Purchased my tires from Big O and needed them rotated spoke with Russell he got me scheduled same day and to get my tires rotated and very happy with the service! Russell is just the kind of guy you need in public relations! Awesome job BIG O !

This was my third visit to this store. The first 2 were not favorable. Grease left all over my car inside and out. 2nd tire pressure not ckd like they told me. I was waiting for the 3rd STRIKE. But Mike did a GREAT job after hearing all this. 1ball/2strikes. Thank you Mike
