I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I might, and the service was done quickly once my car was in. The recommendations for possible future fixes were things I knew about, so I'm glad they didn't come up with embellished problems. Thanks again guys.

Went to 2 other Big O Tires, 1 took forever to help even though I had an appointment, the other Big O Tires told to come back within 1 hour and 30 mins. Returned back within that time and my car was never put in to get serviced. I then asked where Ryan had gone to, so i called Ryan and he scheduled me the next day and the service was great. I even decided to do my other car which Ryan quickly took care of it. I drove 25 mins just to have Ryan’s crew at this Big O location to take care of my cars. I highly recommend this place. Awesome job Ryan and his crew. 👍🏼😊👍🏼

Ryan, The mgr is a very nice guy, I had a price from subaru, and a mechanic in CO neither of them knew my struts were under warranty. The work performed was done in one day, that was a lot of work.
