Big O Tires

John was very professional and called me when the truck was finished. And found other problems with my truck that needed to be addressed and took care of them.

The wait was minimal. The entire store was clean. The employees were very nice and polite.

My Crossover SUV had dry rotted tires which were very worn. I do much driving for work. A solution was needed. Michael ordered the proper tires from the Tolleson warehouse and had them installed. Car holds a lane now!

First, Courtney called me when the tires I ordered a day before arrived. She took great care that I was satisfied with the service received and the tech explained with the manager the problem with my alignment. Great team work!
