Big O Tires

I am a single female who has been talked down and lied to about my vehicle by other businesses. I have never experienced that with this company. I have been treated like a person every time, and that is priceless to me. I have never been cheated, and on many occasions have even been given special treatment (free oil change when I happened to come in on my birthday). I tell everyone to come to that location because of the treatment I receive.

I’m always treated very well when I come to this location. Great customer service and always have my vehicles done very quickly. I’ve also recommended my family here.

I came to this location because my service manager moved here from the BigO Ahwatukee location (it took me a while to track him down). I trust him and always get good service. Since he left the Ahwatukee location, I have heard many complaints from my friends and decided to travel the extra distance. I did stop in my local store and inquired about a service and got bad information so that also gave me a good reason to travel to this one. The service was fairly priced, done well and quickly and I had multiple things done (oil change, brake fluid replacement and a replacement on the trunk lifts).

Ryan communicated well and provided great service.

They were very friendly. They were fast got car to me as promised. All and all great people and experience.

I brought my vehicle in with a slash along one sidewall and asked if it could be repaired. The associate explained that as long as the slash didn't reach the cords it would probably be OK. After looking at the tire, and showing me, it was determined that the tire needed to be replaced. I purchased two tires that were comparable to the ones on my vehicle and were reasonably priced. The tires were changed that afternoon in a reasonable time frame. The technician also adjusted the tire pressure in all of the tires before returning the vehicle to me. Overall, very happy with the service and will be bringing my vehicles back to this location.
