Big O Tires

Just that I had to go somewhere else to buy a part to complete check engine light problem.

I have always gotten free tire fixed when I had a flat which has been seldom, this is why I always shop there when I need tires. This time I expected the same, only when I went back to get my car, I was charged $38 to fix it, I paid it without any trouble . It was a shock I should have been informed that Big O had a policy change for flats. I would have still had it fixed, but with what is going on in this country I would have understood.

Lied about time and no apology given or told me it would take longer. 1 hour turned into 2 and no communication on the progress. After 3 hours I had to ask about my vehicle.

Only had higher priced tires in stock. But it was understandable because they had just had a big sale and sold out. I was just too late.

They had my vehicle for four hours for a front wheel alignment. I had a appointment, it shouldn't have taken that long! I had to reach out to them to learn my vehicle was ready. Upon entering my vehicle I noticed that the steering wheel was not completely straight. After a front wheel alignment the steering wheel should be straight if the wheels are straight? While driving my vehicle home on a flat nice stretch of road I let go of the steering wheel and my vehicle immediately started going to the right. I did this several times to make sure that it wasn't just the road. Nope every time it immediately went to the right! I took it back the following Monday to have the issue addressed after explaining my situation to the manager, and also let him know that I would be waiting in their lobby for my vehicle. They didn't even touch my suv for atleast forty five minutes. If I were the manager this repair would have been priority! My alignment still isn't perfect but I will live with it. I will never use Big O for anything or allow friends or family to use them for anything in the future, and that's a promise!!!

I asked for Free brake inspection and front end inspection but no report given on completion . I read my invoice in parking lot and realized there were no reports on brake inspection nor front end alignment inspection so i went back in to ask for a report. Apparently the brakes were 50% and some minor oil leaks from shocks and strutts but the front end alignment was not done. My problem is that new tires were put on recently and that i had just purchased the car and there lies the biggest problem. We walked home and back again since it was a short walk but there was no suggestion i should make another appointment or wait if it could be completed right away since many bays seemed vacant.

Associate did not give me all tire prices.Sold me a more expensive tire than I wanted.

Been to big o tires around 2 or 3 times, one time getting work done on broken wheel studs and had to get new lug nuts which later came to having to shave the studs to fit and when I went recently they said whoever did the work shouldn’t have done it. When I mentioned they recommended it, they check my past visits which shows the job done and then says he doesn’t know what he meant/said?
