Big O Tires

I really love this big o. The manager and associates are very kind to me. I had a brake flush and filters done. The only thing is when I came home there was clear oily fluid on my driveway. It’s been 2 days now and it hasn’t happened again, so I’m not sure why this happened.

The tires were super expensive. The cheaper ones weren't in stock. There was a mounting/balancing fee of $50, then an additional labor fee of $97. I felt that I was misled into accepting the tire protection plan - PRO - TEC+. I could've gone to Purcell's Tires and gotten four tires for the price of these two tires.

I had to get other services to get the buy two and get two free deal

Well when I made my appointment it was for a oil change and a air conditioning recharge and when I checked in I also had them rotate my tires. I got the call to pick up my car it was ready upon returning there my air conditioning recharge was not done. So my neighbor took me back home until they called. Upon returning the job was complete the office personnel apologized for the mistake. The gentlemen were very polite and friendly. Not what is seen in a lot of business today

Store opened 10 mins late in the morning. The serpentine belt was replaced but there continues to be a squeal

I thought I was clear that I was satisfied. Just do not always say highly satisfied. Service was fine & my car is running good.

"I" use the European way of installing windshield wipers................................. 24's on passenger side,, 22 on drivers side... They can never follow that instruction.. Car's sitting with 24 on drivers side & 22 on passenger side... AM going to have to take it back for switch...

Have been here before, and had great service

I didn't take the time to have another business give me a quote on the work done so I had no other comparison. I thought the charge was higher than expected but don't have a comparison.

Appointment was scheduled for 11:00. We called at 1:00, and was told it would be at least another hour. We showed up at 2:30, and our vehicle was just finished from being serviced. Outside of the time problem, our experience was good.
