Big O Tires

Did not turn off my check engine light,did not put a reminder tag in my window ,did not do my vehicle inspection now I need to make a extra trip to get my light turned off

The only problem was that I had to wait for what seemed to be too long a time since I had made an appointment.

Was told they didnt have enough employees, took an hour to do oil change and tire rotate. Tried to make appointment online but never got back to. Drove up to shop to see if appointment went through and it didnt so scheduled for a couple hours later.

price was higher than we were used to

I would of liked to have had a more extensive discussion on the quality of the tire recommended. Time will tell if the tire sold to me is up to the standards of my sport car. No coffee available,

I was surprised and disappointed that upon completion of the work (which seems fine - a tire rotation), they just gave me the keys to the car and a "thank you". As I was starting to leave, it occurred to me that they didn't give me any paperwork (invoice, etc) evidencing that I had this work done. I keep records of service of any kind and a few years ago, had a very unpleasant experience at one of your other locations when they denied any credit on remaining warranty on a tire - so I am sensitive to keeping the work done regularly. I returned to the office, requested an invoice showing work completed which they promptly gave me. In looking the invoice over more carefully after leaving, I realized that they failed to enter my current mileage when this service was performed. Obviously this is necessary information should I ever have a warranty issue in the future.

Never rate to the max, always room to improve.

A little high on price

Quoted price before actually looking at vehicle. Then once it was apart said he needed more money.
