The total price was very high for an oil change. And this was the first time in years that the car was returned to me without the windshield being washed or the front mats vacuumed.

I understand everyone is busy but one thing that would have been nice is to receive feedback of the progress of my vehicle without having to ask. For example we have got your car in and waiting for the oil to drain. It’ll take us 20 more minutes to complete.

Bring back Charlie that kept a steady stream if satisfied customers. Never been the same.

I just think 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous.

Bought 2 tires. Requested the best of the two old tires be put in trunk. Tire was not returned to me. Was charged for Tire Protection Plan. Was not informed of an option for this plan.

Next time make sure you are doing alignment When one is scheduled

I live on the west side of Phoenix but was on the east side for the weekend and needed an oil change. I had an oil change at a west side big o in July and it cost $62 after all fees. This location on main in mesa charged me $95! For the same full synthetic oil change. I was told ahead of time and chose the service but there is no way I will pay that much again. A $33 difference is just ridiculous. I called my west side location and they still charge the same $62 presently. At least run some specials(not just on tires) and take appointments on saturdays. The 1st come no appointments doesn’t help busy people.

I dropped my tire off early in the morning, for a repair or replacement. Had to call and remind them to complete it, they said they forgot to do it, I was upset because I was waiting for a phone call all day, needed the tire so my wife could go to work, so unorganized, not so happy with the service.

False advertisement then you charge for a fee to use credit card.
