I dropped my tire off early in the morning, for a repair or replacement. Had to call and remind them to complete it, they said they forgot to do it, I was upset because I was waiting for a phone call all day, needed the tire so my wife could go to work, so unorganized, not so happy with the service.

Came back to report a bulging tires that had just been rotated within 10 minutes. Crew looked at in parking lot and saw nothing. Tire blew out within 2 days, costing me a tire and 2 new tires. Very angry as I reported it to Big O who even refused to pay my tow fee back to their location.

Took hours to get a call back about estimate extremely high priced and charged $50 for basically nothing. Would not recommend or go back there!

I got a new tire in october, the same tire picked up a nail and when I brought it In to get it checked, I was told that they had to order it. Instead of just looking at my tire size, the worker ordered the wrong tire, which caused me to have to wait longer for the tire. This all started on Tuesday, 12-12, and I just got my tire today. Nor was it ever explained to me that I had to pay for mounting and balancing. I could have just picked up the new tire I that's the case and put it on myself. Thoroughly unhappy

I brought my car in and was charged just under $1,300 for repairs. As I left, my car started shaking really hard when I had my foot on the brake, the headlights flickered, and the check engine light went on. All night and most of the next day I was extremely anxious and on the verge of tears, thinking that Big O Tires was going to charge me $1,000+ more dollars for a mistake they must have made. I took my car in the next day and they said, “The inspection will be free” which felt like the least they could do—I still felt scared they were going to charge me more. Finally the called and said it was an easy fix and I could pick up my car. So it ended happy, but all the stress they caused me in between left a bad taste in my mouth. Why don’t they test the car after they’re done fixing it? That would have saved me so much trouble. I don’t see myself coming back unfortunately—it was such an unpleasant experience.

Took my car to Big O for an oil change and also to replace the burnt fog lights . Left he car for the service, told them that I will be back later in the afternoon. Went back later for pick up, car park in front door , went in to pay for the service , check the invoice , nothing mention regarding fog lights replacement , go back outside with service adviser , check fog light, did not work , said what happened, why you did not repair fog lights, way to busy , to busy . I said you weren’t too busy to do the oil change , tire rotation. He says to me , maybe come back tomorrow, will try to fix it. I am sorry, I don’t have time to go again since We are leaving for a long trip to Florida, the reason why I went for an oil change , I am a snowbird who spent 5 1/2 months to Mesa Az I was very disappointed Regards Clovis Martin

I felt patronized as I was crouched next to to be spoken to. I was told it would absolutely not be safe to drive my car on the road with the brakes and rotors as is and tried selling me the front only for $600. When I asked for lower they said lower may not be as great and safe as the $600 service. I am a mobile mechanic and know about all of it I just have cancer and can’t do it myself. I was 100% being up sold and checked and the brakes are at their squeakers but the rotors are not grooved as was told. Very disappointed. I don’t think it’s because I’m female but I do feel that if I seemed more headstrong that wouldn’t have happened which is unfortunate to know that these tactics must be working enough. It’s scammy. Then the oil change I had a coupon for was $15 more than coupon price.

Actually perform services requested and not lie and say it's done when it's not.

I pick up my car after paying 1200 dollars for the repair. I drove 5 minutes and the same problem resurfaced. I called the shop. Return the vehicle only to be charged 6000 dollars. Meaning that the first job done was not necessary.
