Big O Tires

I paid over 100$ for a tire alignment. Everything was fine until I started driving. I felt a difference but it wasn't a good difference my problem was worse than what I originally had.

I ask for 1 specific thing to be done. I did not ask for them to inspect my brakes, rack n pinion it anything else. I wanted To know if my tires needed balanced or replaced and that was it. I expected them to pull my car in at 7am per my appointment. I did not appreciate the technician coming in and out of the front area a number of times instead of performing the service I requested. Apparently there were issues with the tablet. The gentleman was trying to pressure me into doing work done that I was already aware of. I was there for tires not a mechanic I have a mechanic.

they broke a lug nut stud and took forever to replace it.. smashed my rear tire with a sledge hammer..

I probably won’t come back!

Too long to wait for car to be looked at. Job done too quickly for what was stated that had to be done.

Nothing. Ever since this shop was sold and Charlie D. Stopped being the manager the service has plummeted down with a different Manger constantly and a very unfriendly customer service representative in Stephanie.

Upon arrival there was 0 staff present, I waited 10 minutes to see an associate. The price communicated to me at scheduling was not what was charged. Service and pricing were not communicated.

I was quote for an oil change of $49.99 and was charged $62... I mwill never do business with your company again!!!!!!!!

358 dollars to replace ONE ignition coil on my daughter's Honda Civic.
