Hire qualified mechanics that don't miss details and fix the issues first time. For the front office staff to follow through and do the work they tell me they will do in calling the dealership for parts and then calling me when that part arrives. It took me calling multiple times for both to happen.

When have an appointment dont make customer wait 1 1/2 houra to find out they haven't even started on your vehicle..

I dropped the car off at 7 and was told it might be 2 hours. I was there to have a flat either fixed or a tire replaced. 3 hours later I called and it was still not ready. I finally went down there and still had to wait another 45 minutes just to change a tire.

Customer service was horrible, they didn’t inform you if you wait longer den expected time. My son and I waited from 1030 to 330. I saw my car lifted in the air for almost 2 hours, just to do an oil changed and put on new tires. I can do my oil changed for less the time. I was appalled I even mention to the manager we, my son and I had to leave so I can drop him off back to his father, “ 15 mins” he said which lasted another hour. Finally we get our car, my tire sensor for PSI was not calibrated. Mentioned that to the mechanic, says that it do itself after I drive a few miles. After I drove back to Mesa, light still lit. It became another issue that required me to take time off work, more money and more less wanting for anyone from big O to ever service my car in this lifetime.
