I really only have one problem when getting tires at Big O, valve caps. I have them at home so I put them on. It's just that when I pay $500 for tires a $.03 thing shouldn't be a question. The techs are busy, I get that, I was in the industry and still work in a service capacity. It is just that extra step that goes unnoticed when it is done. It is just very noticeable when it isn't.

I was greeted upon entry. Explained my need for service. Found a nail in my tire. Gave me my military discount. Was thanked for my business.

I'm a female and at other auto repair places I've been talked down to, cheated, and treated as if I have zero knowledge about car repair. At Big-O I've never had any of those same issues. I've always been treated with respect and courtesy, as the owner of the car should be. I'll never go anywhere else.

Tire pressure light kept coming on, I brought it in and they found a nail and fixed it at no charge as I had purchased the tires their 2 years prior.
