Good name brand tires at great prices. Friendly professional staff. Time to perform tasks was reasonable.

The establishment was short staffed so the wait was long. However, the gentleman inside the shop were working hard to accommodate their patrons. I will be back for other car needs in the future. Staff inside was very friendly and waiting area was clean. I have already recommended Big O Tires to others.

I had a bad experience with another Big O Tire in Prescott Az and this location fixed all of my issues.

Prompt check in. Associate was clear on what additional service was needed after car was checked. Prices were clear and concise. Time needed to complete service was quoted and car service was finished close to that quote. Associate was friendly & knowledgeable

I needed not only new tires for my trailer (4X plus spare) but also repacked bearings. I was not able to find another tire store that offered both services.

They were very friendly and professional and because it was a Holiday were unable to get my tires till the next day but they made arrangements for pick up for me! Very pleased!
