They were super straightforward and when a problem arouse that was gonna cost quite a bit they went above and beyond to solve it.

Everything went very smooth. I was notified about a problemI told them to fix it they let me know the price and called when it was ready for pick up. A very good experience

Great place in a great location. Staff is awesome and only took an hour for alignment of my Ram Dually. I didn't even have an appointment. Just showed up and left within an hour. Reasonable price. Note: I wasn't able to get my truck alignment in another place, they mentioned something about the codes, I didn't have issues in here and the truck runs very smooth and straight!

I’ve been going to them for years for oil changes, tires, auto services in general. They are quick and efficient with reasonable prices.

Friendly and competent staff. The mechanics in the garage area were also friendly and considerate. I went in for a nail that had gotten in my tire, the gentleman from the garage came right over to greet me and saw the nail, he then escorted me to the office to let them know the problem. I had my dog with me and they said he was welcome in the office to wait with me. Definitely going there for my next tire needs. 10+ rating!! Very highly satisfied

Jeff Warren always took great care of me when I would bring my vehicle to Big O. His last day was Saturday. I do not care for the other technicians at this location. I do not care for the district manager Bryan either. I will take my vehicles to Ken Towery from now on.
