Big O Tires

I had a coupon for $100 off a set of 4 Big O Tire brand tires but this location didn't have any in stock

The seating for waiting customers were hard plastic stools and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Next time, I will bring my own seat.

I ordered new tires on line and scheduled an appointment. Associate called and asked for a $50 deposit to get tires ordered and shipped in time for my appointment. All good so far. I made it to my appointment the next day and service was great and associate attending to me was great. Things went South when she told me it would only be a few minutes before they got my car on the alignment machine. I wasn't there for an alignment. I then asked a few questions only to find out the price that I saw on line when ordering the tires was not at all the price that I was going to be charged. An alignment and tire warranty was added without me knowing. That had my service total over a $1000.00. The associate stopped the alignment work in time and fixed my bill. I only wanted tires and not all of the other stuff. I think it would be good for the associate to cover planned servicing at the beginning of the appointment.

It took 3 hours to install 1 tire and replace 1 air filter. It should have taken less than half of that time.

All of the associates for this location are extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had any problems with my services. Brittany is a great new addition. Jeremy is always my favorite.

I selected a brand of Cooper tires on my quote and submitted an appointment request. The request for appointment was approved. Upon arriving to the store, I asked about another style of cooper tires other than what I got a quote for. The manager helped answer my question. But then informed me that the tires I was quoted for he no longer had in stock and the ones that I was also inquiring/interested in were not in stock either. He said that they were sold sometime after he approved my appointment the day before. There was no offer to compensate or price match on another set of tires due to this error which was beyond my control. I was forced to buy a more expensive tire. Costing me almost $300 more than originally quoted. The manager was very helpful. I just think that there should have been some sort of compensation for the tires being sold and not in stock and it not being my fault.

Had to get full synthetic oil instead of using coupon for 29.99 for synthetic blend. Should be able to use whatever oil you want.

Purchased a set of tires and alignment. It took almost 2.5 hours to do the installation. Overall I was in the store 2.75 hours, over an hour longer than I expected.

Mike does a great job. Small wait but other than that everything went well.

I purchased 4 new tires and was told that mounting and balancing would be 24.99. I thought that was the total for all four tires but I was charged 24.99 per tire. I felt as if I had been deceived.
