When my wife checked her tire after the repair 1 of the lug nuts was loose she could remove it with her fingers. The manage fixed the problem right away and we were on our way.

When I tell the associate what needs to be done on my vehicle they should tell the mechanic that and not part of it. Also keep up with what I get done, like I keep getting the same recommendations of what I should get done that's already done. Also when you change something or a procedure let everyone know about it.

Was told the work would take 30-45 min, it took over and hour. No one there at check in, had to go into the garage to find someone to check me in after waiting five minutes at the counter.

One tire took an hour and half. Was told they would check alignment and I said I decline as the vehicle had 20k miles on it. Clerk said ok. After the lengthy wait I was told my vehicle actually needed and received an alignment. He stated it was his fault and would remove it from my ticket, and I would receive the alignment free.Then he told me that the total bill was 278 and some change. I said "For one tire?" It was a quality tire but I wasn't told the price before. I did say that I didn't care how expensive as this was gonna be reimbursed by the dealer as we had just bought the car literally hours earlier and sustained a blowout. So when I got the price I was somewhat shocked. I pay and I still think the price was expensive so I look at my bill, they charged me for 2 tires disposal and 2 mount and balance fees. So I was overcharged $26 bucks. Maybe it was an honest mistake or maybe they were trying to recoup some of the lost money on the free alignment. So I call and speak with someone and he says yes we made a mistake and overcharged. I asked if he could add the money back to the card and he said no that I would have to come back.

Store was over scheduled that day and even though i had an appointment there was no bay available to use to replace tires. All tires were changed by manual jack instead of a lift. Worker kept walking away to help others.
