Big O Tires

Had a coupon for oil change. Was advised that I would be charged more because my vehicle took an extra quart of oil. That extra quart cost me more than $10. Will be shopping around next time.

The first service rep was very helpful in checking me in and explaining process and cost. The individual whom checked me out did not review my warranty, benefits. He did , however, go over that with male customer before me.

My appointment was schedule at 10:00am. (4 new tires) I dropped my vehicle off, after hours, the night before. I called at 2:00pm the day of my appointment & was told they hadn’t started on my vehicle, because they couldn’t find my keys. (Even though I put my keys in the correct ‘night drop’ area AND put a slip of paper on the key ring with my name, number & vehicle make and model) After being put on hold for nearly 5minutes, I was told “oh it’s in the air, they’re working on it now, it’ll be another hour or so”. I have a feeling they hadn’t even started on it & they were covering. It was beyond frustrating that I didn’t receive a call at my appointment time (10am) asking about my keys... I had to cal SEVERAL hours later to check on the status & was told they basically had just started. The facility seems highly unorganized & seems to lack good communication with customers.

Tire price was high next to other tire shops. But I shop at big o tires because the people there know what there doing.

They are very expensive and every time I take my car there I receive a call saying I need more things done to it.

I had to bring my car back within 3 minutes of leaving due to rumbling of the new tires. I was pushed toward big o tires, rather than my chosen ones.

took 2.5 hours for brake job (waiting on parts to be delivered). $1200.00 for pads and rotors is an absolute rip off!!! parts break down cost was not listed on receipt.

The problems I had was, 1: All 4 tires were not inflated to the proper psi, 2: All 4 valve stem caps are missing. I did not notice these issues until I got home and I plan on calling first thing on Monday to let them know

Was charged for warranty for tires after looking at bill I was told tires came with 3 year warranty originally there's a big diff if I had known I would have not bought it after already spending 1600
