Remember the valve stem caps on all the tires, not put a nitrogen valve stem cap on a single tire that didn’t have nitrogen, don’t smash wheel covers and then not say anything

Went in for an oil change, had a coupon for 18.99 and they told me that they could take 15.00 off which would make my oil change 40.00. They claimed they had to synthetic oil in and my car doesn't take synthetic oil. I told them it didn't take synthetic oil and I was told that Ford now recommends synthetic oil. I have always got my oil changed there but I think that will be my last time will be going somewhere else. I am very disappointed.

I made an appointment, but had to wait 30 min. to get started for a break job. After work began, I was told there was additional problems. The price went from $560 to over $1200, when I said I would wait and have the job done later he dropped the price over $200. The mechanic stopped working on my vehicle two different time to work on other cars. I was initially told the job would be about 1 hour to complete, I was there over 2 hours.

I went in for a brake job and was quoted a price of 700.00 dollar for front and back. I check with the dealer and the price was exactly the same. If the price is the same Big O does not come close to the service that a dealer can provide. Dealer: Easy indoor car drop off, no parking or getting wet, a lounge, factory parts and factory trained mechanics, ride home if you have to leave the car, etc. Big O: hard to park, crappy waiting area, no tv, no free coffee or water, no info board telling you the status of your car etc.

Wouldn't quote a specific time for a tire repair. Took too long to check in.

The work was done to my satisfaction, what I didn't like was the fact they reset my trip meters.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. She spoke quickly and in a low volume so I could barely understand her at all. She didn’t tell me what was wrong with my car in a clear manner. When I tried to ask questions she would cut me off and give a rushed, rude response. I had only asked for a diagnosis of the grinding sound in my front wheel and instead I got asked a bunch of times if I wanted new filters, then they gave me a $3,800 quote for a bunch of other things I never said I wanted and not for the issue that I was having at that moment!! I had asked her what the cost would be to fix the current grinding issue because it wasn’t listed on the 2 page long quote she gave me, and she was again very rude and didn’t ever answer me outright. There also was no total on the quote and when I asked about that, she told me to “get a calculator and add it all up”!! I left with my car still making an awful sound and no clue as to what exactly needed to be fixed to stop it, nor the cost of such a repair. I will NEVER be back to this particular place. Her name is Brittany Wolfenbarger and she was working in the front area on the day I was there, Saturday Feb 3, 2024.

Thought I had a failed tire sensor but it checked OK. Mechanic tried to sell me an oil change, a coolant service and a brake job. All the car needed was one quart of oil, and half a quart of antifreeze. I have no idea how he figured I needed new rear brakes when he didn't take the tires off. Also recommended tire pressure of 36 psi when book calls for 32 psi. I showed this to him and he said more is better. Worst case of attempted upselling I have seen in a while. Not coming back.

The price had jumped over 30 dollars more which they didn’t even explain why it was so high.
