Big O Tires

After I asked very specifically about valve stem replacement due to one leaking, none of the valve stems were replaced despite buying a full set of tires.

My husband and I have both given quite a bit of business to this BigO, but that will change after this. I scheduled to get the 2nd of two alignments I had prepaid at the time of purchasing my tires 1 year ago. Seth Sexton told me the deadline had already passed. I returned two days later with the invoice that showed when I paid, which proved the deadline had not passed. He told me that couldn't have been right and that I actually paid for it a different day, which was not true. He grudgingly "offered" to do the alignment, but he used a very disrespectful tone and said, "I'll do it this once, but that's the last time!" Then when he took my keys to the garage, I could hear him from the lobby talking to the other workers about me. After about 1.5 hours waiting, he came out and said the alignment checked out and was good. I don't even know if they did anything to it, but I was fed up by then and ready to leave. I have liked this BigO until now, even recommending it to people frequently. With Seth in customer service, I don't plan to return or recommend anyone else go there!

The associate who checked me in was, by far, the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered at this store.

I have been getting conventional oil in my suv for years..It is listed in my car Manual and on Ford.com as a option for my vehicle. However they refused to put conventional oil in my car because it was not listed on some computer system. Seem like a BS to me. Sales kid also got an attitude with me about it. I also needed a nail taken out of my tire...it was about 2 inches from the edge, sales guy acted like they were doing me a big favor to go ahead and fix it. Something about it was on the edge of the Red Zone. I get the patch has to be able to lay flat in the tire and the patch is only about 2 inches in diameter..so as long as the nail is an inch in it should be ok.. Also I purchased the tires there a few years ago..They told me then they would patch tires for free if I purchased them there. The kid told me they no longer offered that service..Sad you don't honor your past policies from previous customers. Luckily I had a coupon, eventhough the sales guy kept acting like he was doing me a huge favor.

Vehicle was damaged. Service manager seems willing to fix the problem so opinion may change.

Price was way too much to put one tire on a rim in my opinion. Bought a 50 dollar 15 inch tire for a trailer and somehow it came out to 100 bucks almost after being put on. Just ridiculous

Incorrect pricing, zero customer service from counter staff. I have been in friendlier funeral homes. Not professional at all.

i came in unsure why my tire wasn't holding air. the employee walked out and got my vin number and within 2 minutes he was back inside and told me i had a nail in the side wall of my tire. it wasn't repairable and they had to order me a new tire. when i left i found the nail tread about an inch in from the side, and it was patchable. i don't appreciate the misinformation. i felt like they were looking for $200 and i was taken advantage of.

Ordered tires. Was promised they would be there in 2 days. Check in for work. Tires were not ordered. Would be 2 more days. I travel for work. Had taken off work for tires to be installed. No one seemed to care!!!!!
