I went in wednesday with a slow leak and needed regular maintenance of tire rotation. Left and went to grocery store and home. The next afternoon I went to get in my car to go to appointment and my tire was completely flat. I have a compressor and added 34 lbs of air and fortunately made it back to big O. It was the same valve stem that they fixed the day before. They have now fixed 3 out of 4 valve stems on my tires I bought there over a year ago.

Called to schedule an appointment and was given a time. Jeremy quoted a price foe the oil change and when we got there changes said quote and then said to us, “I don’t care what was done in the past, I’m the new manager and I’ll do it my way.” He claimed the tires were rotated on jacks in the back lot and then inflated 2 at 80 lbs psi, 1 at 54 and one was low. When questioned on it, he then tried to tell us he informed the employees to overfill at that level. The appointment time was set for 1p..... we left at 3... for an OIL CHANGE. Prior to leaving, we pulled Donnie aside to ask him about the tires as he has always been wonderful and the reason we’ve continued to use Big O. He informed us, as we knew already, that tires are never rotated in the back on jacks and not on the lift. I have already I formed corporate offices about the issues that we had as well. Jeremy Kelly is NOT who you want running your store. While this was all going on, it was observed over and over him using fear tactics to guilt people into additional services that were clearly unneeded.

Took nearly 2 hours for oil change and only rotation. Told it would take 1 hour. Price for oil change too high and estimate for other services extremely too high.

Went in for a tire rotation and now my car is driving worse.

I own seven service vehicles for business purposes. I have had multiple oil changes at Big O through the years. I received a call from Brad, the district manager, who stated that I had been receiving the wrong type of oil for my fleet. To say the least I was floored by his statement. When I asked why was the wrong oil placed in my fleet he responded that the current employees said I had made the request. I informed him that was a lie. Why would I jeopardize thousands of dollars in repairs and or replacements with such an idiotic request. He stated that going forward that the manufactures recommended oil will be used. He also stated that current employees said that I have my own mechanic for repairs. That statement is true. The one time that I did have repair work done at Big O the head mechanic lied about how to repair the issue. I took it to another ASE mechanic and the issue was in no way related to Big O's diagnosis. I thanked the district manager for the call but I will not return to Big O for any other work. I now wait to see what engine damage will arise from the shoddy work of Big O.
