Everyone is great there. Super friendy and great customer service. Meagan was at the counter and she was super friendly and super helpful and answered all my queations. Very professional and I will continue to bring my vehicles there.

Both the associate and the technician that I dealt with were very professional and kind. They were candid in their inability to fix my tire. And very helpful in picking out a new tire to put on my vehicle.

This Big O has redeemed themselves to me. I previously had a bad experience, and they were very receptive to my complaints in that situation. In fact, the majority of the personnel were replaced (likely not based solely on my compliant, of course). They work hard to make sure people are treated with respect, not talked down to, and that vehicles receive the service they need without pushing for expensive optional services. They provide honest assessments and have a goal of keeping drivers safe and coming back whenever service is needed.

They fixed a botched job by another company in Williamstown and in my experience the guys at Big O in Georgetown are honest and do their best to get the work completed correctly. They are the only place I'll go to now.

I was treated with the up most respect from all the employees, they are life savers to me and my daughter hands down!! I will definitely recommend them to all I know!!
