I had a new tire delivered to my house because of damage to one on my car which was covered by road hazard insurance. Firestone told me very rudely they would not mount it but the team at Big O were very helpful and friendly.

When i stopped by to get tire assessed and air added they were prompt with both the exam and air and i was able to schedule replacement of tires for that day

I did not need an appointment, they called and explained what they were going to do before servicing my car. Very friendly staff. They gave me a veteran discount also!

Because they were completely upfront about what needed to be repaired, showed it to me, then explained everything to me in detail, gave me the exact cost I’d the repair, and even offered me a coupon to cover some of the cost.

They are always friendly and efficient, even when I don’t make an appointment my wait time was short. They are awesome each visit!!! Keep up the good work we need more people like you all after this pandemic took some on a whole new level.
