Hand and Stone

This was my first massage. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. They all made me feel welcomed. They were able to take me in with in 1 hour of my phone call. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and always asked me how I was during the process. She listened intently to my issues and concerns and was able to identify the stress areas I was experiencing. She was very friendly and a nice sense of humor.

The therapist was great. However at the regular price, even paying $80 to join the membership, the service is expensive. I also did not appreciate being charged 20% tip or greater at the regular price. The business should be paying their workers more so they don't have to depend on the tip. Tip and regular price just puts it out of my price-range. I now have to look for one time or package deals on Groupon to be able to afford the therapy I need.

Not relaxing, but Highly Therapeutic. (I had a deep massage)
