I have visited Hand and Stone 3 times now and can confidently say I have had a very positive experience each visit. The reception area and front end personnel are very nice and get me checked in very quickly. The message therapist Celinet is remarkable at her job and extremally knowledgeable in the different muscle groups. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to try Hand and Stone.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and considerate. She checked in with me throughout the session and made sure I was comfortable. She narrated what she was doing and gave me feedback about what I can be doing personally on a daily/weekly basis to further my treatment.

Lovely receptionist Darilyn was super efficient as well as Elysia the following day when I returned for a second appointment. Caroline was on time, was pleasant, professional and very detailed throughout my facial. It was a most pleasant experience. I booked 2 more appointments before I left the salon. Joy Bonner

Im a big fun of the services and the owners of this location. However lately the new staff hired are not as competent and it is very difficult to get them on the phone
