I loved everything about it!

This was my first visit with this therapist (though not to this spa). It is well run, friendly and timely. I was worried about trying a new therapist, but I loved Santiago and will definitely book with him again. Only question was that the session was only 50 mins (start to finish) and I thought it was supposed to be 60 mins. all-in.

The massage was very well done and helped me to relax. I didn't have any issues or problems while there. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable. She catered the experience to me and was ver my accommodating to my needs. She also was understanding when dealing with my personal issues like allergies and claustrophobia and never made me feel judged.

For first time appt., I thought it went very well. Initially, I had some confusion with the booking on the website, and filling in the required forms, but I managed. I was greeted quickly and Sarai came out to introduce herself and lead me to the room. I explained that I was experiencing frequent headaches, and thought it might be from stress/tension in my neck/back and face, or perhaps even irritation in the sinuses. She addressed those parts of my body, and also applied a kind of cooling cream like Vick's Vapo rub that was very nice. I felt the stones added a valuable element to the experience. My muscle tension was improved, although I still have some headaches.
