Gabriela is friendly and professional. I always feel relaxed after my facial and look forward to my next visit. The room is always clean and I love the heated bed!

Greeted nicely by receptionist. Comfortable seating and ambiance. Therapist asked if I had special concerns, pressure correct and used hot moist towels at appropriate time

The booking process was easy enough. The receptionist helped with the one question I had re: my gift card. The therapist was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. I'd request her again.

I have been seen by Kim once a month for over a year now and am very satisfied with her. She is always cheerful and very good at her job. I look forward to my visits at Hand and Stone.

I've been a customer for a while. I've always had a very good experience. I just hope that my massage therapist is a longterm employee. The previous employee, Kenneth, was my favorite therapist but he unfortunately left.
