Valerie was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to learn about my current skin care routine. She also took the time to recommend other products available and explain the value of them. She wasn’t a pushy salesperson at all but when I asked for recommendations, she took the time with me.

First time visiting Hand & Stone and I was very satisfied. Skin felt clean and smooth.

The therapist was amazing helped me so much in relaxing and getting all my knots out and helping take a weight off . She was awesome .

Michie is a true miracle worker! She listens and actually does whatever it is I ask, including changing the pressure appropriately after the muscles have loosened up and can handle more pressure. She frequently checks to ensure the pressure is comfortable, and to just ensure that everything is ok. She really gets into the sore spots and again, she listens to exactly what I am saying so she can pinpoint exactly where I need the most help. I switched from another very, very good therapist there that I would go back to if necessary, because Michie was just that good! She's a pleasure to speak, and work, with. I only wish I could take her home and have her live with us! :) In all seriousness, she makes me feel welcome, appreciated, and understood, as well as physically so much better! This past time I could barely turn my head either way, and when I left, I was able to turn my head to both shoulders. Amazing! Thank you for having Michie at your establishment.

Very efficient and friendly front desk staff makes all the difference. Absolutely love my massage therapist she listens to me and is very calming. Staff does all they can to Be accommodating.

Zoe gave me a great facial and was also very pleasant, informative and helpful. I will definitely schedule my facials with her in the future!
