Hand and Stone

The massage was the best massage I’ve had at hand and stone. My appt that I had was cancelled and had to be rescheduled to this day because of the massage therapist being sick I think. It took awhile to get my appt so they added a mini hot stone to this one which was nice. It just seems like when I try to schedule it’s hard to find appts lately not sure if your short staffed. I also didn’t like the price hike so I have been contemplating cancelling the membership. I believe it is overpriced. I can get a massage at my chiropractors office with their massage therapist for 60.00 an hour.

It has more to do with needing to cut back on expenses, I do not like how add on and using packages work, by that I mean if I want to get a $30 add on I have to use another full credit or package or select other add ins I really don’t want or pay out of pocket, I wish I could split credit or packages.

I was satisfy with services. I can’t get rid of my pain from cancer drugs.

It was good and I enjoyed the relaxing. But it was not as much pressure or as form as I had in the past. Also don’t feel she focused as much in my trouble areas as I hoped for.

The availability of massage times. I had to wait weeks to get in and when I did they had booked a male therapist after I had requested a female. But the receptionist did make it right by offering a free add on. But had to wait weeks again for another appointment.

I never received the hand and elbow massage and neck massage which I was expecting. The facial treatment is included but neck and shoulder massage should be included in every facial.

super hard to book no availability i always end up on a call me if cancelation list. Wasn't as good as my last massage probably because of the oil missing the HTC

I do not have any complaints. The service was good. Only looking for more availability and variety of pressure (High presseure). And value cost of service.

I think the ambiance could be a lot better and more relaxing. The second you walk in, you are met with a million products. It really ruins the Spa feel.

Starts massage late, finishes early.
