They cancelled my appt twice and hard to get in at 5pm and my favorite girl quite

I do realize that the appointment includes talking with the therapist and undressing time and it has never been a problem for me before with my massages however, this time I didn't get in a room until 11 minutes after my appointment ( I was there 15 minutes early) and then had to do the 10 minutes of undress/discussion. That's a bit too much. Also, I know staffing issues are a big issue for many businesses right now, but it would be great in the future to maybe have staff willing to work the later hours again like when I first started coming there. It's been difficult for me to schedule any visits because of my work hours.

I wish the lights weren’t so bright and the linens were more comfortable. But the massage therapist was very great. I was late which was my own fault by 1 minute but I didn’t realize it would cut into my schedule time by so much.

There was a staff member who was talking to the two receptionist. The staff member had green hair. She was loud laughing and swearing for over five minutes. Very distracting from my ability to relax prior to my massage.

I thought I would notice more of a result

I thought I was receiving a whole body massage. It was my upper body not my lower. This was my first time and I was told something was free and it wasn't. I paid for it. Not s happy camper about that.

I thought it was very odd that they had a male massage me and a female massage my husband but I didn’t let it ruin my appointment, but when I told a friend they also found it weird.

Jeffery was amazing! However, he does not do 2 hour massages. Bummer! Also, the staff was very loud and I could hear them in the hall during the massage. Not very relaxing. I tried to start a membership, but the receptionist made it so hard to understand how to start. It was like talking to a bad salesman. Then, I wanted to purchase a gift card for my sis bday. She said I had to pre-order the card. That’s crazy. My sister would have to wait two weeks to use it. Not worth returning. Sorry

It was an okay experience. Reception and staff were great. However there was an initial issue with a booking. Then during the appointment another issue came up that wasn’t really resolved, just more overlooked.

My first experience at Hand and Stone set the bar high for any other. This time, I left with some exfoliating beads still on my face, my face didn't feel bright and clean, and I didn't get a neck/shoulder rub like I did during my first visit. I was not upset with the experience, it was still relaxing overall, but I will be continuing to go to Natalie.
