This was my first visit.

I paid for a 60 minute massage and received only 45-48 minutes of a massage. I even arrived early as I know that your arrival time affects the length of the massage. I believe this is unfair as I should have gotten a longer massage time.

I really liked my massage therapist (Jeffrey). His knowledge really helped me. He did a great job on making me feel comfortable and relax.

Massage therapist listens well. Takes patients considerations into massage. Communicates through massage to make sure you are good.

When I pay for a 60 minute massage that's what I want not a 45 minute massage because you take time for undressing and redressing and trying to up sell before getting started.

Hour long appointments did not last a full hour. In massage I had asked to include neck in the massage and it wasn’t given attention during my session. Had to repeatedly answer the same questions during esthetician multiple times as she seemed to forget my answers (I.e. if I had any allergies). There were no bags to carry my items between massage and facial rooms.

My appointment started 15 minutes late and no one let me know she was running behind. I would have appreciated a text or call to let me know prior to getting there.

My therapist did not apply enough pressure and spent a lot of time on areas that I didn’t want time spent on (I expressed what I wanted the focus to be on before the massage). It wasn’t a bad massage, just wasn’t a great one.

Yvonne the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable about signing me up for a membership. Only called for an appointment & ended up becoming a member because of Yvonne!! Excellent customer service from her

I was highly satisfied. Needed a lip moisturizer but they did not have one. Also, it should state that if you add a scalp massage they take away from the time of your massage.
