Hand and Stone

My massage started at 6:15 I didn’t even get into the room until 7:22 then by the time I got undressed and was ready it was late. Then my massage was done at exactly 7:15…. The clock should not have started until I got back to the room….

I wasn’t always told what was being done during my massage. I was surprised by a hot cloth dropped onto my back at one point~it felt nice but it was unexpected so it startled me. I had mild concern for what else might happen without my knowledge. Also there was a little too much pressure with elbows rather than actual massage. Sometime it felt like the elbows were dug into my bones rather than my muscles snd it hurt. I did ask for a lot of pressure so I just let the therapist do his thing. Next time I will communicate a little better about some of these specifics. It was my first time at Hand & Stone. I felt great when I left, and I look forward to next time.

I did not get a printed copy of my services or recommended products from Estetician. If they want you to gone back that would make sense.

I never am highly satisfied with anything.

The place is relaxing. Everyone is friendly. Be a member its the best deal.

My first time Therapist was very good. I’m looking for someone who understands my concerns and does deep tissue

I asked for an upper body massage and for her to concentrate a majority of the time on my upper & lower back. She did not spend very long at all on my shoulders or neck and did not do my arms or hands …. AT ALL. Very disappointing..

I thought the actual facial would last at least an hour but it was less. It was described that I would benefit from microderm abrasion for $20 upgrade but I was charged $40. The $20 was refunded but it was misleading.

I did enjoy the facial. But i felt like 25% of it was just the esthetician upselling the products and trying to get me to spend more money. All i want to do is relax. I will come back to hand and stone but it will be inly for massages.

Felt like they focus on memberships to much and she told me they would do full body and didn’t focus on full body
