It would've been nice to receive some feedback from the massage therapist on any problem areas or any feedback at all.

I am extremely satisfied with my massage therapist. I am looking forward to seeing her again. I am not happy about the time allotted for massage. I have never had a massage that was not a complete 60 or 90 minutes, and it felt as though too much time was lost in order to convey necessary information and then get prepared for the massage. I pay for a massage to relieve tension for physical comfort and while I felt good immediately after my massage, I felt no difference the next day. This tells me that Katie was unable to spend the time needed to resolve even superficial issues. I strenuously suggest reconsidering how appointment times are booked to ensure that the customer is receiving the physical focus required to make a difference.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. Great for gift giving for the holidays. Prefect stocking stuffer. Nice way to unwind for the holidays. Great idea for a party favor.

Came in with a headache and Marissa offered a treatment without telling me the cost. I feel that should have been addressed.

I was a little taken off-guard when the receptionist asked if I wanted to apply one of my package credits to the upgrades (hot stone & peppermint aromatherapy). That wouldn't really be fair, when a package credit is worth a massage ($ 59.95) and I only had $ 30 worth of upgrades. I initially misunderstood her and thought she wanted to apply it to my massage, and I said yes. Why you would think anyone would want to apply $ 60 worth of credits to upgrades only worth $ 30 is beyond me. I am also trying to figure out how I was charged $ 40 for upgrades, when the hot stone has always been $ 20 and the aromatherapy has always been $10. This is the first time I've been back since May, and unless something changed, I may have been overcharged. Also, every time I have an appointment I get multiple texts and phone calls asking me to confirm my appointment, even after I've already confirmed. It's annoying. I'm half tempted to discontinue my membership. Nothing against my massage therapist - she is wonderful. Just not liking the business practices here.

My massage therapist is very nice and although I know a 60 minute massage is really 50 minutes, I looked at the clock when I got on the massage table and it read 4:07 and when she left the room after the massage it was 4:52. I don’t ever remember 60 minute massages lasting only 45 minutes. Also, I just don’t feel a deep tissue massage is deep tissue enough although I mentioned it before, It hasn’t alleviated some of my ailments and I’ve had massages in the past that I could actually feel relief almost immediately.

I have had facials in the past and my visit to Hand and Stone seemed comparable to those prior experiences.

I feel at times it is hard to get in for an appt. That will fit my schedule. Also I was told that my membership monthly fee might be going up which is so not fair. I signed up during the grand opening and nothing was ever said that would go up. Also when this location cancelled my massage a few weeks back 2.5 hours before my appt. Because he called in sick they could not get me in for any evening appointments within the next 2 weeks and was told by the person that called me to cancel that I might be charged because I did nor re-book.
